Add quick download button for pre-configured bundles.

Add a quick download button for each pre-configured bundle to immediately begin downloading the bundle without customization.

Details:

• These bundles would be pre-generated to skip the wait time normally present when waiting for the server to create a custom zip file.
• The pre-generated zip files would be stored in a static location so they can be cached by Cloudflare to ensure fast download speeds in any region.
• The pre-generated zip files would have a permalink to immediately begin downloading from the backend server without having to navigate to SDSetup if the user doesn't want to. The bundles could then be linked on external platforms (such as guides) without requiring the user to navigate to SDSetup, bypassing issues that arise from the use of WASM.
• The pre-generated zip files would be created/updated by the backend server on each update cycle when a package in the bundle is modified.
