Support saved profiles for different mice [enhancement]

Description

Add the ability to save a 'profile' of customization options to use for different hardware mice

Rationale

I frequently switch between two mice (one for work/general productivity and one for gaming) which have different button configurations and would like for the tool to either:

1. Detect the current device in use, and recall the last saved customization settings for that device
   OR
2. Allow the saving of customization options into 'profiles' which can be switched between
