Check with some ordinary books how foot notes/end notes behaves when rendered

  • on bottom of page OK
  • in end of volume OK
  • in end of book - not OK

E.g. it seems that the page with h1 Footnotes is rendered also when notes don't appear in the text.

When choosing notes on bottom of page in GUI, notes are still put in end of volume. This worked before.
120581 - 563381. Our standard is notes in back of volume, so this is not urgent.
