Investigate broken anchor link warnings in Docusaurus 3.1.1 #585

When upgrading to Docusaurus 3.1.1 we get dozens of warnings of broken #anchor links. We might actually have a lot of broken links, or we don't let the anchor links be indexed in the proper way.

When this is fixed, we should remove docusaurus from .ncu.patch.cjs so the updates are installed again.
