Migrate to NixOS org

Nix-index has been a crucial part of the channel scripts for a while now, and it would be good to migrate it to the NixOS organization to reflect that.

Oh I see, apparently it was switched to nix-index, but only recently: NixOS/nixos-channel-scripts@8656f3e

Considering that programs.sqlite has existed for 11 years, I do think that's relatively recent! 😆
