dcm2niix interface default output file orientation error

Summary
When I used dcm2niix to convert the format, the orientation of the output file was LR PA IS (x y z), which is obviously not a normal file because it is not the left hand coordinate system that is normally used.

I ran into this problem either with Nipype interface or directly with dcm2niix

Perhaps professors have encountered this simple case and know the solution, but I have not found it yet. Please give me some suggestions on how to solve it!
