Hello, I want to compare the result of freesurfer automatic segmentation with the result of my proposed method. I plan to use Lh.label.dkt31.annot as the ground truth, so which file should BE selected as the result of freesurfer automatic segmentation? In addition, have you done any comparison, have you done any literature?
