Adding maximum FD

What would you like to see added in this software?

A maximum FD IQM that could then be examined in summaries — sometimes when working with very young kids, you want to examine maximum FD. Sometimes you'll get a young kid with a very large head isolated head motion (for example, > 10 mm), that you'd want to exclude especially if you're not using a censoring pipeline, that might not get flagged by an exclusion on average FD if the majority of the frames have low motion.

I always wanted to do a PR for this while I was in grad school and I was too busy! Happy to do it myself as it seems straightforwards (I may or may not need guidance, it's been a while since I worked in nipreps land), I just want to ensure that it's actually something that might be useful to people and get community input first.
