Placeholder value can be downloaded when Saving Login File

When running through the save login file flow from the wallet, after enter your password there is a chance that the placeholder will still show for 1 second~.

While this placeholder value is here, it's possible to download the login file with this placeholder value encoded into the login file.

Which obviously can be an issue for users if they were unlucky to download their login file before the actual login data is encoded.

Suggestion would be to allow user to only click the download button once the QR has been encoded.
