Maintenance operations breaking TeamPass

Steps to reproduce

1. As admin user go to Tasks Manager -> Settings -> Maintenance Operations
2. Try to configure Clean Orphan Objects or Purge temporary files (I'll try to latter reproduce exactly which one) and push that play button.

Expected behaviour

Accept task configuration ad do the tasks

Actual behaviour

Site stopped working at all.
I guess because file tp.config.php now empty.
