Issue when upgrading from 2.1.27.36 to 3.1.1 and then to 3.1.2 Master on Ubuntu 20.04

Hi,
A few days ago I upgraded from vs. 2.1.27.36 to 3.1.1 on an Ubuntu 20.04 server where I installed PHP 8.2 and the extensions I saw in the documentation. I had many errors, but after a lot of trial and error I was able to finish the upgrade. Then I got some Ajax error on the Users page (users were not loading), I replaced some files (something with user datatable) with new versions I took from 3.1.2 and it seemed to solve the issue I had, but then I had another error when trying to create folders (I've attached a screenshot). Then I downloaded the TeamPass 3.1.2 Master files and tried to upgrade to 3.1.2, but it gets stuck at this with no errors in the error log:

Does anybody have any idea what I should check next?
When will version 3.1.2 be officially released?
