代码看的不是很懂，好像是所有分片segment下载完成后，然后并发调用shaka进行解密，最后调用ffmpeg进行合并推流。

能设置成不等所有分片下载完成，就立马开始解密合并推流不。
要不从开始下载到推流需要等待10秒以上。
