Google play services crash after update crDroid

I just got notified of an update (OTA) for crDroid and I installed it.

Phone: Xiaomi Pocophone F1 EU.
I updated from:
crDroidAndroid-14.0-20231222-beryllium-v10.0
To:
crDroidAndroid-14.0-20231229-beryllium-v10.0

After a reboot and entering PIN to unlock I got the error "Google play services stopped working".

I reïnstalled the "Custom" NikGapps trough TWRE recovery with the filename:
"NikGapps-crdroid-official-arm64-14-20231130-signed" and it started working again.

Not sure if a bug or necessity after an crDroid update but I wanted to inform you anyway.

I am new to this so if I can provide more info, please let me know (how! :))

Some recoveries don't backup gapps correctly so dirty flash kills them and unless u reflash GApps after dirty flashing a custom rom then won't work

@sanscorp1 The issue isn't happening on latest build so please give that a try.

Thanks, I found the latest for Android 14 yesterday and installed it after an update.
Will try the update for CRdroid nex week.

Still having the issue, after every OTA I have to reïnstall the nikGapps package via the recovery (TWRP).

I updated crdroid and upgraded nikGapps several times now.
