Good evening guys, I recently picked up the game again and noted that some of the same old problems reared their ugly head.
This is something I brought up many times (and thought fixed actually): the ai's ability to rampantly abuse the reinforcement mechanic has made a return, I encountered it both in single scenarios and most frustratingly in campaigns.
So far I've played mussoak and the usmc campaign, but i'm afraid its part of the game now?
Once again, this makes the gameplay pretty dreadful, especially in the most difficult campaigns, and makes any notions of playing with "rules" or restrictions pretty undoable.
I mean, campaigns specifically spawn units with less of 10/10 strength, just for the ai to immediately max them out, and basically any unit you don't kill on the spot is back to 100% next turn... what is even the point 😂
Can something be done about it..?
