Nice idea! This one is actually fairly easy to implement, but we need a voice model :) My voice has all the musical qualities of an ogre with a hoarse throat, and I can't sing in tune even if my life depended on it. Any volunteers to record themselves?

have you thought about posting to reddit?

I also like the idea, again since it opens up a new audience of music learners.

But indeed, we need a soundset.
@RustoMCSpit if you can find anything that fits your idea, or if you end up posting to reddit yourself (I personally don't have an account there), feel free to link us to the files. I'll gladly convert existing audio into an instrument, but my two beta-testers don't leave me with the time to hunt for/create audio from scratch.

for now, can we have a feature that adds the letter names and octaves (C3, C#3, D3, etc,) for C in 3rd octave displayed on the keys. different countries have different measurements so that needs to be added as a setting
