Pitches Are Transposed

The pitches seem to be three half steps below the correct pitch (a C plays as an A). This is happening on all of the sound packs.

I think this is something that's been wrong for a long time. #39 had a proposal to fix it, but shifting the UI was a bit weird, and instead we needed to regenerate the soundpacks. I guess this is something we should be doing soon, I just never had the time to actually do it (the way soundpacks are handled, it's very tedious to create a new one).

I'll leave this open until I have the time, or until we get a PR with corrected soundpacks :)
