Start Stream action #95

Have MIDI working well with OBS running on Win10. I only have two bindings setup for live streaming. The stop stream action works perfectly. The start stream action forces an OBS error about not being able to contact the server. However, if I simply press the start stream button in OBS, it fires right up. Any ideas?
