[bug][3.0.0beta] toggle recording inconsistent #110

OBS Studio: 30.0.2

I am trying to map a button to toggle recording.

The above setting triggers recording and then the recording automatically stops after 1 second.

Now I choose the "toggle note on / off messages" (I don't know what that does) but this time, the recording continues.

However, another press on the button does not end the recording.

Have you tried the new fully released version (v3.0.0)? If this is still an issue there, please let me know.
