Add instructions for how to find DNS Targets after domain has been created. #648

Steps not clear to locate CNAME /DNS Target again, after reserving a domain and leaving page.

After adding your domain you should see instructions along with the CNAME value to be used when creating the CNAME record. Copy the value of your newly-added domain's CNAME target hostname, which will be something like ..ngrok-cname.com.

Believe we should add a line about how to find the CNAME under DNS Target link.
