Description of the bug

Just a suggestion to maybe prune the star entries from the iGenomes config for this workflow, since they're not used for STARSolo? Maybe other irrelevant entries too, but the STAR one is potentially misleading.

maybe they should be used for starsolo instead? I think starsolo just works with regular star indices
