Description of feature

Hi, I'd like to request that GRCm39 be added as an option for running the pipeline.
Would this change require anything more involved than updating the igenomes config file? If it is simple to update I can put together a pull request for it.

I am afraid this genome is not currently available in the igenomes. Not sure if this version could be added since the plan is to move refgenie, could it be @ewels ?
