Script that lists current files that CryptoBlocker would block?

Can a script be created that goes thru a drive, folder, etc. and lists files that are incompatible with the file screens created by CryptoBlocker?

I have a script that uses the Everything Search engine along with a list of all the ransomware filespecs to find everything that matches on your network. It will rip through about 3 million files in 2 minutes.
