Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Photos'
  2. See English

Expected behavior
See Chinese

Additional context
I joined the Transiflex projects and see that the month names are already done for zh_CN -- but I'm not sure how to find duplicated and non-translated l10n entries or code references that do not use the correct l10n resources. If I am I'd happily help and send a PR. Thanks!
