Support geo-location rich objects

Follow-up to #1910.

I wasn't able to get the Maps app to work with Talk, but we can probably implement it without having it the ability to test in real time because all the parameters and formats are known.
If the integration is really broken and potentially has been for a longer time, then probably nobody actually uses it and it is not important to implement.
