Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I wanted to figure out which version of an internal deployment (OS image, so no source control in traditional sense) would correlate to certain changes. At the time of the change, I moved the respective card from "in progress" to "check result in production environment". I can see this change on the card's timeline, but the timestamp only shows as "a month ago".

This is useless to me, I'd like to see an exact timestamp (e.g. as a tooltip, or preference, or in general - I personally am no big fan of those soft timestamps, but I understand their value for other people in general).

Describe the solution you'd like

Tooltip to show exact timestamp of cards' timeline entries.
(And everywhere else 'soft' timestamps are shown, for good measure.)

Describe alternatives you've considered

Preference/configuration to set the style of timestamp display, including an 'exact' option.

Additional context

This is what a typical card's timeline looks like for me:

I created issue #3949 about 2 years ago - seems nobody except us needs exact timestamps.. ;)
