Allow to delete pre-releases

Currently, the documentation states that an app-version must be digits only. This contradicts the case where a pre-release is to be removed from the app store. Also, there is no dedicated API endpoint for pre-releases available (like it is for nightly ones).

So, either the documentation needs an update or the implementation. I have not tested it and do not want to make any requests how you do your job best. I just wanted to inform you of an inconsistency.
