nextcloud.export should include any of the user, master, and recovery encryption keys. These only get backed up with the data and can be corrupted (mine was) and the keys are not stored in any other location.

Exports should definitely not include encryption keys. There should however be a way to export this safely in another way.

Currently the keys are stored in the data folder, though that can be changed using occ. If it's behind a flag then maybe it can be mentioned on the main readme so users are not surprised.
