Consider if we can use pre-commit checks to look for NRAK keys, in the form of a linter. #431

It be nice if we could detect if an NRAK key is present in code before a commit is pushed to a remote repo in an opensource, so perhaps some sort of pre commit linter could run to detect that. This would help tell a developer they may be commiting a secret to the remote repo.
