Add a feedback mechansim to 3rd party catalog apps

We have no way of knowing if a users are finding our 3rd party apps useful and even if subscribed users are happy with the apps functionality. In order to capture more real time user feedback let's explore a way to capture feedback from a user while they are using the application.

Acceptance Criteria

• using an SDK component such as a toast allow a user to quickly file an issue into the app repository for feedback
• add a label called feedback to each issue
