[3rd-Party Apps] Some PR's are failing from the catalog manager

Description

These apps are not part of the deprecation updates, I just noticed they were behind in version and tried to update using the catalog manager App

Acceptance Criteria

• Investigate why these apps are failing to create a PR

These applications have been deprecated and are now archived

• nr1-alerts-los-migrator - https://github.com/newrelic/nr1-catalog/runs/3974896959?check_suite_focus=true
• nr1-donor-analyzer - https://github.com/newrelic/nr1-catalog/runs/3974896959?check_suite_focus=true
• Determine how we'd completely remove these from the catalog manager or use an archive notice if they cant' be remove.
