How to choose the resistor value (RShunt and Rclock) of CW308 STM32L562RET6? #6

In the schematic diagram, only the resistor (RShunt and Rclock) configurations of the F0, F1, F3, and F4 series were found, but the resistor configurations of L4 and L5 were not found. How should I choose the resistor values for the L4 and L5 series?
