Ingest DIVA dataset into NeuroScout

This is not related to a problem. @62442katieb and I have a naturalistic dataset (DIVA) that we are planning to upload to OpenNeuro. We will be uploading the fMRIPrep derivatives along with the raw data.

We would like to also add DIVA to NeuroScout.

Help with the ingestion would be amazing, along with documentation for folks who want to add their datasets in the future.

Describe alternatives you've considered

None.

Additional context

The stimulus files for DIVA are probably not shareable, as they are full episodes of Stranger Things.
