Can only upload one tsv of custom predictors #1081

minor bug when uploading custom predictors on the website, you can only upload 1 tsv file not 2.

To Reproduce

Go to predictor upload
fill out information for uploading 2 tsv files
Final upload button does not work

If you remove one of the features, the upload works. can get around this by combining the tsvs or uploading features 1 by 1, but documenting this

This was observed while uploading custom features for the Merlin movie from SherlockMerlin by @haleh2000m and I replicated it

replicated on MacOS Monterey in brave browser
