Incorporate github automated testing / CI

  • requires either a small sample of toy data or procedurally created data
  • test all core functionality
  • compare to existing MahD implelementation in scipy
  • test build for pypy (?)

Some simple test functionality already implemented within Example notebooks, but to build upon and conduct automatically.
