using the Jupyter Notebook file format description we should be able to import/export from/to foo.ipynb files to/from foo.ng scripts.

  • implement the nbformat data model (+ JSON (de)serialization)
  • provide a pair of cmd/ng-export/import-nb commands (tentative names!)
