Describe the bug

@netlify/framework-info is not detecting Gatsby if the project is in TypeScript.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Clone this repo https://github.com/SevenOutman/netlify-framework-info-gatsby-ts-repro

  2. Run npm install

  3. Run node index.js to see the incorrect result

    Gatsby not detected
