Expected Behavior

bonus issue found while writing #1141 - i'll try & keep it brief and point to that issue for most of the background.

somewhat expected is reproducing the data from /inventory is the same way (capitalization). being able to somehow get a listing of whatever the blank entry at the bottom references would be bonus points.

Current Behavior

capitalization:
the "Unknown" here is actually the "unknown / unknown" from the inventory page. verified by following the links. having "Unknown" in
inventorybymodelbyos being "unknown" is somewhat confusing.

empty entry:
as you can see the bottom entry has no information at all. i'm guessing is the reference my "Unknown / unknown on the inventory page"

Possible Solution

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

have devices that get classified under class snmp::info & snmp::info::layer7 perhaps?
