IP inventory anomaly

Using 2.69.0

Looking at IP inventory report for 10.200.16.0/22

entry for 10.200.18.67 shows archived node

10.200.18.67 08:92:04:7f:b5:3f Dell Inc. engs-29840.ddns.eng.ox.ac.uk 1 month 16 days 16 hours 52 mins

however this is an active IP that I can ping. If we look at the netdisco info for the IP address we can see that ND knows it's active, and sees the archived entry as well as the current entry
