Dynamic Proxmox configuration

I was wondering if it's possible to move the configuration of proxmox clusters from plugins.py file into the site UI?
This would help with testing and adjusting the configuration in a more controlled manner.

Please do let me know if this is rather a Netbox itself way of handling plugins or this can be done or plugin side.
