Dirty bottom bar color for Light theme?

Doesn't seem to do anything for Light theme. Only works for Dark theme.

It is planned in the coming commits, but I hesitate to do all the colors shipped in with dark dirty bottom bar (red, green, blue, pink, orange, yellow | VS. | only White, blue, darkblue).
