Looking for people in Iran: host network probe, receive free VPN

Hello everyone,
I'm an internet censorship researcher from Russia, the administrator of https://ntc.party anti-censorship forum, and the author of GoodbyeDPI circumvention software.

I'm running a continuous and long-term network checks to document the censorship and to develop unblocking methods, and would be interested in getting more coverage in the censored regions, such as Iran, China, Egypt, Indonesia, South Korea, you name it.

The project combines two ideas:

• For researcher: provide remote access to the censored network link
• For the end user: provide reliable unrestricted internet access via Wi-Fi or local VPN

The probe could be either run as a virtual machine or shipped via air mail as a physical device (for free).
The device allows you to receive uncensored access via dedicated Wi-Fi network, while with the VM contains VPN server, to which you could configure your PC or smartphone inside the local network.

The tunnel is implemented with hard-to-block methods and would likely work when the other solutions don't. It's not very fast, that's why it could be used as a reliable fallback method as a temporary replacement for the regular ones.

If you apply for the project, the access to your network link would be used only by selected number of censorship researchers, strictly to conduct network tests in your region, such as VPN protocol checks and availability of websites and IP ranges.

TL;DR: this is a "free VPN" in exchange for hosting the hardware device (or a VM) for censorship researching purposes.
