Hi, I'm trying to generate a cylindrical volume with 1mm diameter and 1.2mm height and I ran into this error after 4 million iterations. What can be the possible causes for this issue? The centroid input file has all centroids within the 1mm diameter 1.2mm height volume. There's one grain just at the 1.2mm height though. Could that be the problem?
The other thing is how long will it approximately take to run on ubuntu on a home desktop to generate a 998 grain structure with orientation and centroid information?

Hi, I've got it to run through after removing the grain at 1.2mm. However, there're 2 wired extrusions in the generated volume as shown in the image attached. I've checked and all my input centroids are within the radius of the cylinder. How should I get rid of these
?
@Kingtellar - Please provide all necessary information to reproduce the bug - command and input files.
Please copy-paste commands and terminal outputs as text, not images.
