Depending on what I press, comments either open up in the in-app browser or the actual browser app on my phone #1626

Steps to reproduce

Open manga chapter with comments, tap comment button, opens comments in system specified browser app
Open manga page, long press on chapter to bring up menu, opening comments from there opens in an in-app browser

Expected behavior

Neko should either open all links in the in-app browser or (preferably) in the system default browser.

Actual behavior

Depending on where I tap, neko opens comments within itself (in-app browser) or externally in system default browser. If I go into the chapter list & long press on a chapter, then tap comments, it opens in the in-app browser. If I go into a chapter and tap the 'comments' icon at the bottom of each page, it opens up in my default browser.

Other details

There should be a user setting to open in external app or in the internal browser, or at least some consistency on what neko does itself.
