When Merging chapters from Toonily/Mangalife, there should be a feature which dedupes chapters. TachiyomiSY has something that works iirc

As far as I know SY doesn't dedupe. If you enable skip duplicate chapters in the reader settings the reader will skip the dupes and try to keep with whatever scanlator you started with

Oh he actually finished the feature, I will have to think how and if I want to handle this
