Use "original" deepstack API

What trouble are you having?

Hi, my installation gone fine and it's working on my machine. I already looked for a possible solution but I can't get to work with the original deepstack. I would like to use it because of hw acceleration of my GPU. I tried to substitute the value of "deepstackUri" in settings.json with deepstack API exposed on "localhost:80" but the logs returns "Error: Failed to call DeepStack at http://localhost:80: Error: connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:80". Do you have any suggestions? Thanks

Are you sure that's your actual settings.json and docker-compose.yml file being used? Both look like the original samples, not modified versions pointing to a different version of deepstack.

Your log message says it can't connect to http://localhost:80 but your settings.json file uses "http://deepstack-ai:5000/". There is no way that localhost:80 would be used given the settings.json file you included above.

Yes I restored the original settings because they are working. I started deepstack in docker on the port 80 of localhost and I substituted the "deepstackUri" value in settings.json with "http://localhost:80". I mean, in order to use the original deepstack, do I need to change only the value of "deepstackUri"?

I'm not sure what you mean by "original deepstack". Deepstack never runs on port 80, it runs on port 5000, and "localhost" won't work. You have to use deepstack-ai:5000.

If you want to use a different version of deepstack the only change you make is to the name of the deepstack image in the docker-compose.yml file:
