use grassdata instead of data for directory with grass projects

Currently the grassprojects (locations) are in directory called data but we use grassdata for grass databases and data (or something similar) for everything else. Also some are provided as location others as location/PERMANENT
I suggest to provide grass datasets at the grassproject level in future to keep the data organized
