Add section to Data Simulation 1st notebook

For simulations with stochasticity (like path sampling, PoPS, data simulation examples), accuracy is dependent on sample size or model runs. In the data simulation notebook where we compute surface with uniform, gaussian, and spatially-dependent gaussian noise, we should add a section computing the mean of many random surfaces to see the expected flat/smooth surface.
