Date strings inside the ban reason are still parsed and added up #41

Steps to reproduce:

Place any ban or quiet.
When ChanTracker messages you, reply with "4w username5d ban evading" or similar
Be confused why the duration is not what you specified
Realize that it is parsing the reason for any kind of date strings, too

Expected behavior:

Anything not exactly matching a date string is not parsed. Or something.
