LitMC-BERT: transformer-based multi-label classification of biomedical literature with an application on COVID-19 literature curation
This repository provides related datasets and files for the LitMC-BERT work. It is currently a draft version and we will finalize it shortly.
The datasets can be accessed via LitCovid and HoC.
The models can be accessed via [LitMC-BERT for LitCovid] (https://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pub/lu/LitCovid/litmcbert/).
The paras.yml file provides the detailed hyperparameters and configurations.
