Support AutoFac 9, Serilog 3, .NET 4.8.1

Hello, I am using the above versions. When I installed this package, I get a yellow triangle:

Visual Studio is fantastic about not telling me why. I can only assume all of my dependencies and my project are not a match for this project. Is an update possible? Did I install it wrong?

Hi Victorio! Thanks for reaching out. I haven't dug into this project for a while, I think things are getting a little too far behind.... A PR that updates the target frameworks and dependency versions to modern ones would be more than welcome, if you're able to take a look?
